Will is now three months old. He's "waking up" as Lucas calls it. He's finding his hands and really seeing our faces. Every morning when he wakes up and I say good morning, his face breaks out into a huge grin. It is so satisfying. The fuss has officially passed. He still needs evening snuggles to be calm but does not require full on standing, swaying, or a constant music barrage to make it through. In fact, tonight, I got him to fall asleep by just patting his bottom. Lucas and I often spend time in our rocker because it's the most comfortable place to easily get him to calm down and fall asleep.
Big happenings in July: We went to Ocean City, MD for a week with our friends the Dorseys. I didn't take one picture outside the condo! Luckily, Lucas snapped a few.
Also, our friends, the Benoit/Rileys moved away to Colorado, taking Miles' best friend Frankie with them. It's been tough without them. We miss them so.
We found out that Miles got into pre-K at our local public school today! And I'm back to work today. And Lucas did sing along with two kids. Today was a big day. We survived!
