Weight update: Miles is definitely heavier. I carried him around Target yesterday on a short shopping trip with our friend Julie and my arms were KILLING ME. Lucas also reports that Miles is harder to carry back and forth to the art museum, a frequent outing of theirs. He's also gotten much better at eating. This week he's had chili, eggs, french toast, broccoli, shrimp, sausage, noodles, oatmeal, and his new favorite - raspberry yogurt.
This weekend we're finishing up some Christmas shopping. I took our holiday card picture and it is being processed by the holiday picture fairies right now. Lucas is lucky enough to get to go to the Ravens/Steelers game later today. He's going to have to borrow my Ravens sweatshirt though, as he owns nothing that is purple.
The family went out to a craft event called the Holiday Heap in our neighborhood with our good friends Anna and Brooks. Brooks is three months younger and weighs a solid pound more than Miles! The Holiday Heap was a baby party! Everyone had their babies strapped to their bodies with their ergos and baby bjorns. It felt kind of nice to be a part of an extensive community of cool, thirty something parents, who wear their babies and attend events that support local artists.
Anyway, MKC, December style:

What did you get in your stocking? |
It was cold last weekend when we went out for a walk. |
Imprisoned for the bad deeds he's done. |
Eating french toast is for babies. |
Apparently, putting babies in laundry baskets is a thing in our house. |
Helloooo? |
Me and the cat want to go out! |
Look to the left. |
Raise your right arm. |
Butt out. |
Look back. |
And, that's how you do the Miles dance.
Now, rest. |
Raspberry Yogurt Face! |
And, finally, the video evidence I sent to Lucas about why we needed to get rid of the baby tub.
